Returns & Repairs

If you are experiencing problems with your Galaxy Audio equipment, we want to get it taken care of for you.

  • If you are a retail customer, you can request a repair from our Service Department.
  • If you are a dealer, you can request a return for credit or repair. Credit will be reduced by the cost of any missing parts, accessories, box damage, etc., in addition to any applicable restocking fees.

Please fill out the form below to request a return for credit or repair. You should receive an email from our Service Department within two business days. It will include your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for sending your product(s) to our Service Department. We cannot accept returns without an RMA.
