1. Competition Organizers
- This competition is organized by Galaxy Audio, located at 601 E Pawnee, Wichita, KS
2. Eligibility
- The competition is open to all visitors of the Galaxy Audio booth at the 2024 Texas Orchestra Directors/Texas Bandmasters Association Convention, aged 18 years or older.
- Employees of Galaxy Audio, their immediate family members, and anyone else connected with the organization or judging of the competition are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Period
- The competition entry period starts on July 25th 2024 and ends on July 27th 2024.
4. How to Enter
- To enter the competition, visit the Galaxy Audio booth during the entry period and complete the online entry form provided via QR Code.
- Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
5. Prize
- The prize is one (1) Galaxy Audio TQ8X Portable Battery-Operated PA Speaker System valued at $349.99.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
- The draw will take place on [Draw Date].
- The winner will be announced and notified via the contact information provided on the entry form within five days of the draw date.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within [number] days of notification, the Organizer reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.

- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kansas, USA, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Kansas.
