 The Chameleon Micro Spot VC, originally
designed for courtroom applications,
is ideal for fixed installation
applications such as paging systems,
boardrooms, etc. Standard features
of the Chameleon Micro Spot include
a universal wall/ceiling bracket and a
70volt transformer with 6 screw
taps of .9w, 1.9w, 3.8w, 7.5w, 15w, 30w,
and a 16 ohm tap. The 16 ohm
tap is a transformer bypass that
allows the user to step around the
transformer and use the
Chameleon Micro Spot as a 100
watt speaker. Its integral volume
control allows the user to easily
have more control over the
volume. The bracket allows
the Chameleon Micro Spot to be
mounted to any wall, ceiling, table,
or other surface. The Chameleon
Micro Spot features the proprietary
Galaxy Audio NEOLITE neodymium 5-inch driver with a
Ferrofluid cooled voice coil that
reduces both power compression
and distortion. |

ARCHITECT AND ENGINEER SPECIFICATIONS
The loudspeaker shall be a controlled bandwidth system offering one NEODYMIUM ferrofluid cooled 5-inch
driver. The loudspeaker shall be capable of handling 100 watts of continuous program. Nominal impedance
shall be 16 ohms. A 70 volt transformer with 6 screw taps of .9w, 1.9w, 3.8w, 7.5w, 15w, 30w, and a
direct 16 ohm bypass shall be included. Input connections shall be screw terminals. The enclosure shall be
constructed of rugged ABS and Styrene plastic and feature a cloth covered ABS grille. The cabinet shall be
available in black or white. A bracket shall be included to allow the unit to be secured to a wall or ceiling.
Dimensions shall be 6.0 inches wide (152 mm), 7 inches high (178 mm), and 5.125 inches deep (130 mm).
The system weight shall be 3.68 lbs (1.669 kg). The loudspeaker system shall be the Galaxy Audio
CHAMELEON MICRO SPOT.
